I steer clear of them myself, but my Bonded is quite involved. On the Council and everything. I tend to work better in the field. Besides, I know what it's like living in squalor, so I've been trying to help on a smaller scale. It might not work, but it's better than doing nothing.
Anyone relocated while structural improvements are being made. I'll have more details when we get to that point. Call this putting my ducks in a row and checking in on a friend.

Before I was bonded to a witch. I was bonded to my BSAA partner from home, but he was also a monster.

It really fucks things up, but the simplified backstory is that we handled biologically engineered monsters in the field. Turning into a monster didn't sit well with either of us.
