How have the full moons been?

I steer clear of them myself, but my Bonded is quite involved. On the Council and everything. I tend to work better in the field. Besides, I know what it's like living in squalor, so I've been trying to help on a smaller scale. It might not work, but it's better than doing nothing.

Anyone relocated while structural improvements are being made. I'll have more details when we get to that point. Call this putting my ducks in a row and checking in on a friend.
